Delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, DÉSEREUX cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

We currently do not offer international shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the return policy?
Refunds, store credits & exchanges are available at DÉSEREUX.
Our return period is 28 days from delivery date.
DÉSEREUX offer refunds on all full priced items/orders. We do not offer refunds on shipping fees.
The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order). DÉSEREUX has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return.
Important note: DÉSEREUX can only accept returns on items that are in their absolute original condition, items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original swing tags in place. All shipping costs for returns are covered by you, the customer.
Returns can and will be rejected if there are any noticeable:
- Stains
- Strong fragrances or odours
- Pet hair
- Fake tan
- Makeup
- Oil stains
If you send back an item and it is not in it's original condition, we will not be able to process your return and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of $10AUD to have the item sent back to you.
Please ensure you aren't sending back unsellable items to avoid dealing with the above. We want to process your returns for you :)

My item is faulty or incorrect, what do I do?
Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride ourself on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at hello@desereux.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further.
I damaged my item while wearing or washing it, what do I do?
Our pieces are made from beautiful quality fabric. To keep it in its best condition we always recommend looking after your pieces with the highest level of care. Please follow the care instructions on the inside of your garment.
DÉSEREUX will not be responsible for any damage caused to items from wearing or from washing machines or laundry products - this includes items being caught on a washing machine or products causing stains, bleaching or dye leaking.
To avoid any items being damaged, DÉSEREUX advises a cold hand wash always.
If you have damaged your item in the wash or when wearing it and would like advice on how to repair it, please get in touch with us at hello@desereux.com and we will do our best to assist you and make helpful suggestions.
